Account access
KeeProtect accounts are issued to software vendors, business customers, invited customer seats, and approved workspaces. Account requests, referral registrations, checkout-created accounts, and invited accounts may require administrator approval before portal access is enabled.
You must provide accurate company, contact, billing, and technical information. You are responsible for keeping passwords, API keys, activation data, protected artifact links, and customer workspace information private.
Access is personal to the approved account or assigned seat. Do not share credentials, bypass account controls, resell portal access, or allow unauthorized users to submit protected jobs under your account.
Customer type
KeeProtect is primarily offered for business and professional use by software vendors that need protected binary delivery, controlled release workflows, and internal entitlement tracking.
If you buy as a company, contractor, reseller, or professional user, you confirm that the purchase is related to trade, business, craft, or profession. Consumer protection rights may still apply where mandatory law says they apply, but business contracts may be handled under commercial terms.
If you are an EU/EEA consumer, mandatory consumer rights are not excluded. Where a rule cannot legally be limited by these terms, the mandatory legal rule applies.
Acceptable use
Use KeeProtect only for software, binaries, release packages, and customer workflows that you own or are authorized to manage.
Do not upload malware, stolen software, leaked commercial binaries, third-party files without permission, credentials, private signing keys, payment secrets, customer passwords, personal data that is not needed for support, or content intended to bypass law, platform rules, contracts, anti-cheat systems, payment controls, or customer rights.
Do not use the portal to attack, test, reverse engineer, overload, scrape, probe, or disrupt KeeProtect infrastructure, payment providers, other customers, or third-party systems.
Protected builds
KeeProtect provides a controlled workflow for binary protection jobs, selected protection profiles, worker logs, input and output hashes, and protected artifact delivery. Protection may include compatibility-first profiles, marker-aware profiles, hardened profiles, release-oriented profiles, and account-specific configurations.
No protection system can guarantee that a binary is impossible to reverse engineer, patch, redistribute, emulate, or abuse. You must test protected artifacts before production release, keep rollback notes, and maintain your own original source and release records.
You remain responsible for the legal right to protect and distribute the submitted binary, for product quality, for customer communications, and for any legal notices required inside your own software.
Internal entitlements
Serials, activation codes, seats, HWID device bindings, license status, update eligibility, and reset requests in KeeProtect are internal entitlement controls for KeeProtect-managed products and customer workspaces.
KeeProtect is not presented as a general-purpose licensing platform that customers can resell as an independent licensing service. These records exist to support protected delivery, activation control, device recovery, billing validation, customer support, and operational audit history inside the portal.
Reseller and eligible business seats may be assigned only within the limits of the active plan. Seat invites must be sent only to authorized users and may expire, be revoked, or be refused when abuse, admin-account targeting, or policy violations are detected.
Payments
Paid plans, renewals, checkout orders, and extra HWID reset requests are processed through the payment providers enabled by the KeeProtect administrator. Payment providers may handle card details, payment authentication, fraud checks, settlement, and receipts under their own terms and privacy notices.
Prices are shown in the configured checkout currency and may be annual unless explicitly stated otherwise. Taxes, VAT, reverse-charge treatment, bank fees, card fees, currency conversion fees, and local charges may depend on your billing location, customer type, VAT registration, and payment provider settings.
Plan access is activated after payment confirmation unless the account, order, or use case requires additional review for fraud, sanctions, abuse, unsupported use, missing account information, or legal compliance. Failed, disputed, reversed, or chargeback payments may lead to suspension or cancellation of related access.
Withdrawal and refunds
For business purchases, payments are generally for access to a professional protected delivery workflow and may be non-refundable once the service has been activated, a protected job has been submitted, a protected artifact has been generated, or support/onboarding work has started.
For EU/EEA consumers, distance-contract withdrawal rights may apply for 14 days unless a lawful exception applies, including where digital service performance has started with the required consent and acknowledgment. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded by these terms.
Refund requests should be opened through support with the order reference, account e-mail, payment provider, reason, and whether any protected job, download, activation, release package, or HWID reset has already been used.
Customer service
Support is provided through the portal, ticket system, configured contact channels, and customer-visible documentation. Support coverage, priority, onboarding help, and response expectations depend on the active plan and account status.
When opening a ticket, include product, version, job id, selected config, serial when relevant, release channel, SHA-256 values, exact error message, screenshots, and reproduction steps. Do not send private keys, payment secrets, admin passwords, or proprietary source code unless support explicitly asks for a sanitized diagnostic sample.
Support may refuse or close requests that involve unauthorized binaries, malware, abuse, unrelated reverse engineering, unsupported third-party systems, missing ownership proof, or requests outside the purchased plan scope.
Data protection
KeeProtect may process account details, contact details, billing references, support messages, product metadata, protected job metadata, hashes, release metadata, device binding data, audit events, and technical logs to provide the portal and support the protected delivery workflow.
Depending on the context, KeeProtect may act as an independent controller for account, billing, support, security, and operational records, and may act as a processor for limited customer-provided data handled on behalf of a business customer. Customers must not upload unnecessary personal data inside binaries, release packages, logs, or ticket attachments.
Requests related to access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, or other mandatory privacy rights should be sent through support. Some records may need to be retained for billing, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, audit history, or dispute handling.
Security
You must protect your account, use strong passwords, restrict access to authorized staff, rotate credentials when staff change, and report suspected unauthorized access quickly.
KeeProtect may apply rate limits, audit logging, account review, payment checks, HWID request review, invite expiry, security monitoring, and suspension controls to protect the platform and customers.
Responsible security reports should include a clear technical description, impact, reproduction steps, and affected URL or feature. Do not access, extract, alter, delete, publish, or retain another customer's data while testing.
Availability
KeeProtect aims to keep the portal, checkout, protection queue, downloads, and support workflows available, but availability can be affected by maintenance, payment providers, hosting providers, security events, overloaded jobs, third-party outages, or emergency changes.
Protected jobs are processed through a queue. Queue times may vary based on file size, selected profile, worker availability, scanning, validation, and support review requirements.
You should keep local copies of source code, original release candidates, signed releases, customer communications, and rollback packages. KeeProtect should not be your only storage location for business-critical artifacts.
Suspension and termination
KeeProtect may suspend or terminate access when there is non-payment, chargeback, fraud risk, account compromise, abuse, illegal content, unauthorized binary submission, credential sharing, sanctions risk, security risk, or repeated breach of these terms.
Where practical, KeeProtect may provide notice or a chance to fix the issue. Immediate suspension may be used when needed to protect customers, infrastructure, payment integrity, legal compliance, or platform security.
After termination, access to protected jobs, downloads, seats, releases, and support may stop. Some operational records may be retained where needed for tax, accounting, security, legal, audit, or dispute reasons.
Changes and law
KeeProtect may update these terms to reflect product changes, pricing changes, support changes, payment provider changes, security requirements, or legal requirements. Material changes should be communicated through the portal or another reasonable channel.
If a term is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply as far as permitted by law. Mandatory laws that cannot be waived continue to apply.
These terms are intended to support clear business operation and EU-aware compliance, but they are not a substitute for legal advice tailored to your company, jurisdiction, product, customers, and tax position.
